高雄氣爆案 傳訊華運.榮化7被告

高雄地檢署偵辦高雄氣爆案，初步研判氣爆當天負責傳送、接收丙烯的華運倉儲及榮化公司人員，明知丙烯管線壓力異常，卻沒按照規定通報主管機關，並檢測查明異常原因，因此將相關公司主管及工程師等七人列為被告，並且傳訊他們到案說明。最新消息，檢方訊後以業務過失致死等罪，諭令榮化值班組長蔡永堅以200萬元交保候傳，成為氣爆案遭交保的首名被告。 檢方認為兩家公司負責決策的主管及現場操作工程師共7人，涉嫌犯公共危險及業務過失致死等罪證明確，今天將全案從「他」字案轉為「偵」字案，並以被告身分傳訊兩家公司多名員工到案，目前偵訊仍持續進行中。

而這7名偵訊中的被告名單，包括榮化值班組長蔡永堅、操作領班李瑞麟、工程師沈銘修、操作員黃進銘、華運領班黃建發、工程師陳仕亨及操作員洪光林等人。
