大立光對先進光聲請假扣押　遭最高法院駁回

股王大立光（3008）為了捍衛專利，去年對先進光聲請假扣押，並執行保全程序，不過，先進光（3362）不服，依法提出異議，最高法院上周正式裁定駁回大立光假扣押，先進光總經理高維亞表示，近日會依法向執行法院聲請啟封，一旦啟封，對於公司未來的營運資金、擴廠、客戶的信心，將有正向助益。

高維亞指出，大立光去年9月24日對公司部分資金、動產及機械設備進行假扣押，總金額達15.2億元，經公司提出抗告，並請求撤銷假扣押，上周最高法院正式裁定，並駁回大立光聲請假扣押。

他進一步指出，先進光今天正式收來最高法院裁定書，近日會依法聲請撤銷本件假扣押之執行程序，並予以啟封，保障全體股東及員工之權益。（高佳菁／台北報導）
