大陸藝人鄧超及柳岩在北京出席新片《四大名捕大結局》宣傳活動，被鄧超笑指她以大陸瓷器造型亮相，鄧超又指柳岩片中角色像『一代妖姬』，更讚嘆柳岩迷人，他有感而發說：『愈是像這樣子的女神，愈需要人照顧！』

鳳凰娛樂據香港媒體報導，柳岩被問及感情觀，她說：『我並非一見鐘情的那類人，找另一半也可能不會找回演藝圈子裡的人，若果我有天真的能找到，我覺得那個人應是陪在我身邊，日久生情的！』


鄧超現場不改『男神經』本色，幫柳岩出主意定選男友標準，鄧超笑稱自己可能『會像「瘋狗」一樣守在她身邊，這樣她就找不到男朋友了』。
