虛報夾帶石材 報關業者羈押

報關行疑以虛報方式，協助業者進口管制的大陸石材，基隆檢方偵辦後，報關行業者羈押，2名進口商被交保，海關關員請回。

高雄地檢署偵辦高雄海關弊案，發現新事證，有貨物轉由基隆港進口，從查扣的文件發現，有些進口業者也透過基隆地區的報關行涉嫌行賄。

轄區基隆地檢署接案偵辦，昨天指揮調查局機動調查站等，搜索進口商、報關行和基隆海關驗貨課等處。

其中，有4名海關關員遭約談，有報關業者及進口商等多人到案，基隆地檢署漏夜複訊。

檢調懷疑，進口業者利用基隆報關行，以虛報、短報方式，夾藏進口大陸管制加工石材圖利。

經檢察官複訊，其中1名報關行業者因涉案重大，遭羈押禁見，另2名進口商交保，但海關關員與其餘證人被請回，檢方將持續擴大追查案情。
