北檢檢察長請辭 羅瑩雪慰留

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北1日電）台北地檢署檢察長楊治宇日前以回鄉照顧母親為由請辭檢察長職務，法務部長羅瑩雪表示，感佩他侍親盡孝，但決定予以慰留。

正值檢察首長人事調動前夕，楊治宇以返鄉照顧高齡86歲的老母親、檢察機關傳承及人事活絡等理由請求回任檢察官，他常被法界視為前法務部長曾勇夫的人馬，消息一出引發聯想。

法務部表示，目前僅楊治宇提出辭呈，並非外傳他因人事布局問題而提前求去，他雖曾因家庭因素請求回南部二審檢察署任職，但從未要求擔任任何首長職務。他掌理北檢貢獻良多，為侍親盡孝令人感佩，但請他共體時艱，因此予以慰留。

至於人事布局，法務部表示，部長無特定人選，等檢察官人事審議委員會提出推薦名單後，依規定徵詢次長及相關主管意見後決定。1030501
