背景:去年畢業半年人資工作經驗最近得到兩份offer 想參考大家看法~ 公司 A B 性質育樂用品製造業其他半導體相關業規模重心放在大陸公司工廠客戶為多家半導體廠台灣總公司這人數超少員工大約200人職務總務+營管人員人事總務人員待遇 N N 福利每月業績比例分紅該有的三節+旅遊都有年終獎金視考績定視營運情況結算發績效獎金休假週休二日週休二日 (見紅就休) (面試主管告知優於勞基法??) 上班時間 8:00~17:30 8:30~18:00 加班 NO 視例行性週期事務而定全員幾乎都準時下班加班好像是責任制... 通勤時間 15分鐘 30分鐘優 1.準時上下班 1.延續人事專業 2.因為公司規模小 2.公司規模較大得學的很多做的超多福利制度較全面 3.工作氣氛蠻安靜但不會沉悶 3.很穩定前位待了5年 (因結婚才離職) 缺 1.前景堪憂(因不斷縮編中) 1.沒有升遷空間 2.內部人事關係複雜 2.通勤時間較長 3.分工極度不明 3.責任制想一天了~明天要做決定,希望看看大家看法~~謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.170.61.104 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398265085.A.8EB.html
