遠通電收ETC - 官方通行費查詢程式，可以新增多筆車藉資料，查詢台灣高速公路ETC電子收費帳戶餘額，以及三天內的應繳通行費（待扣繳或待繳），還提供銀行帳戶儲值、計程通行費試算等服務，未來還計畫提供eTag卡條碼功能。（阿榮）（下載）

第一次開啟就會自動進入「新增車輛資料」的畫面，可以新增多筆車藉資料。

輸入車輛資料及暱稱。

資料輸入完畢自動回到主畫面，要查詢餘額則按下方「服務專區」。

再按「帳戶查詢」。

點選要查詢的車輛。

可以看到帳戶餘額及應繳通行費，按「應繳通行費」可以進一步查詢。

應繳通行費中記載了三天內待扣繳或待繳的通行費。
