陳肇敏遭求償案 下月底宣判

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北23日電）前空軍士兵江國慶遭錯殺，軍方賠償江家1億多元後，向前空軍作戰部司令陳肇敏等求償8000多萬元。台北地院訂5月29日宣判。

民國85年間，空軍作戰司令部發生女童被姦殺案，遭控犯案的江國慶被軍方槍決；軍事法院再審後改判無罪，國防部依法補償江家約新台幣1億3000多萬元，並聲請假扣押陳肇敏等人財產。國防部北部地方軍事法院向北院提起民事訴訟，向陳肇敏等6人各求償1474萬餘元。

台北地院上午開庭，被告等人都委由律師出庭，並強調是指示依法辦理，未要求刑求，國防部求償已超過時效。法官諭知辯論終結，訂5月29日下午5時宣判。1030423
