營養師控醫師性騷　女病患陪上床換打肉毒

美國紐約一名營養師，投訴前醫師僱主，指對方向她吹噓病人為他提供性服務，以換取肉毒桿菌(Botox)注射，並對她性騷擾，包括強迫她看病人的性器官照片。

米格尼諾(AnnMarie Miglorino)指出，僱用她的夏皮羅(George Shapiro)醫師，向她展示手機中的病患裸照，她說不想看，對方就大笑。米格尼諾指出，夏皮羅給她看手機簡訊，炫耀有女子想跟他做愛，還問她想不想加入玩3P。米格尼諾表示，夏皮羅多次對她穿瑜珈褲的模樣品頭論足，有次更聲稱，想把她按在窗台、為她口交。

米格尼諾表示，受僱不久雙方關係已變得惡劣，向主管投訴後，去年12月還被解僱。她表示，要求對方賠償她被解僱，及蒙受精神壓力引致的損失。醫師夏皮羅不是第一次惹上官非，他在2006年曾承認非法處方「威而鋼」等藥物，被判一年緩刑和罰款。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
