八里雙屍案 謝依涵判賠630萬

（中央社記者林長順台北21日電）八里雙屍案，被告謝依涵遭死者家屬求償，士林地方法院判決謝依涵須賠償死者陳進福2個兒子各新台幣315萬餘元，共630萬餘元。

另外，法院認為媽媽嘴咖啡店老闆呂炳宏和兩名股東不需負連帶賠償責任。

謝依涵涉嫌殺害陳進福、張翠萍夫婦，法院一審依強盜殺人、竊盜、行使偽造私文書、詐欺取財未遂等罪，判處謝依涵死刑，褫奪公權終身；目前由台灣高等法院審理。

民事部分，陳進福家屬向謝依涵、呂炳宏和兩名股東連帶求償1060萬元，士林地院4日辯論終結，今天宣判。1030321
