蔡英文為李文忠草屯總部成立站台

民進黨提名南投縣長參選人李文忠4日下午成立草屯競選總部，民進黨主席蔡英文南下為李文忠站台。蔡英文指出，年底大選，南投人要換黨換人做，拜託大家全力支持有願景有執行力又清廉的李文忠。
