百度創始人兼CEO李彥宏，和叫車服務公司UBER創始人兼CEO卡拉尼克（Travis Kalanick），今在北京簽署戰略合作及投資協議。顛覆全球計程車市場的UBER宣佈接受百度的戰略投資，雙方達成全球範圍內的戰略合作夥伴關係。

中新社報導，未來百度和UBER將在技術創新、開拓國際化市場、拓展中國O2O服務三方面展開合作。這也是中美網路公司間首次達成深度戰略合作。

據悉，UBER的叫車服務將納入百度地圖、百度移動等App中。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
