政院籲食品業者勿心存僥倖

針對黑心豆乾食品問題，行政院長毛治國第一時間即掌握資訊，指示相關單位嚴懲違法廠商，食品安全辦公室啟動跨部會協調。行政院呼籲業者勿心存僥倖，進行違法行為。

政院表示，對販賣及使用含二甲基黃乳化劑食品業者，政院第一時間指示衛福部責請各縣市衛生局追查下游產品流向及下架情形。

同時，教育部應用校園食材登錄平台，已完成十縣市國中小學午餐食材比對，未發現使用此次受影響豆乾產品，其餘縣市持續清查中，同時也清查食品GMP及CAS產品，初步結果顯示尚未受到影響。

食安辦指出，截至今日為止，已查出芊鑫實業社下游業者有12家，其中二家是日前政府掃蕩黑心油品事件，經內政部警政署啟動地下食品業者淨安專案追查，目前處於歇業狀態。

另外，目前清查受影響豆乾類產品計36項，都已下架回收。
