靜待FOMC會後聲明　美股早盤上漲

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）將在台北時間周四凌晨3時公布FOMC（聯邦公開市場委員會）會後聲明，美股今日早盤觀望氣氛濃厚，3大指數終止連日跌勢全數上漲。
 
道瓊工業指數上漲0.41%或70點、納斯達克指數上漲0.47%、S&P 500指數也有0.6%漲幅。Fed將在周四凌晨3時公布最新決策，市場預料將調整會後聲明利率前瞻指引措辭，為明年中升息暖身。

彭博調查顯示，經濟學家普遍預估Fed將刪除「相當長一段時間（considerable time）」維持低利率的聲明，改以「耐心」之類的措辭。多數經濟學家預估，Fed將於明年中升息，但升息步伐預期不會太大。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
