北台灣入夜後風雨加劇　中南部雨勢稍緩

隨著鳳凰颱風逐漸北移，在過去3小時南台灣降雨稍微趨緩，不過明顯強降雨轉往宜蘭及新北市山區，時雨量平均都達到6、70毫米以上，雨勢最大的地方為新北市新店、宜蘭冬山、南澳等山區，宜蘭新寮3小時累積雨量就達到186毫米，超過「豪雨」等級。台北市區也開始出現顯著雨勢。
 
由於鳳凰颱風環流為中部山區帶來的降雨不如預期，中央氣象局晚間下修山區總雨量預估，竹苗山區總雨量從原先的300到500毫米，調降到200至400毫米，台中、南投到台南山區也從原本200到500毫米不等，調降至150到300毫米。（張勵德／台北報導）
