【更新】詭異鳳凰　宜蘭3鄉鎮一級淹水警戒

詭異的鳳凰颱風一路向北，風雨影響範圍也持續擴大。經濟部水利署今晚8時發布的淹水警戒指出，宜蘭縣的蘇澳鎮、冬山鄉及大同鄉，都已達到淹水的一級警戒；台東縣的太麻里鄉、卑南鄉、台東市、金峰鄉，屏東縣的泰武鄉依然是一級警戒。水利署說，這些淹水警戒鄉鎮市如果降雨持續，轄內易淹水村里及道路可能已經開始積淹水，請民眾注意防範。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
