陸媒今天揭密解放軍射擊史上新槍王的訓練秘辛，包括用筷子夾玻璃球，1分鐘至少夾起40個；混雜的稻米和黃豆中，1分鐘各數出100粒；烈日下在水泥上趴3、4個小時，練耐力。

中國大陸人民日報海外版21日報導解放軍新槍王楊磊的訓練秘辛。原本他體力不好，但靠著多年苦練，才登上槍王寶座。

楊磊發現自己射擊時習慣性聳肩，造成槍托微抖。他之後準備4個彈殼和4塊玻璃，分別放在槍口、頭頂、肩頭和腰上，稍有顫動彈殼掉下，計時就從頭開始。

一段時間後，他又在肘部、膝部、背部等一切可以動的部位，都加上了玻璃和彈殼。

此外，為達到便於偽裝觀察、撤退轉移的要求，楊磊自製一件偽裝衣，上面密密麻麻縫了1萬多針，綁了3000多根自購偽裝條。光線射在上面，沒有絲毫反光。

他說，「對狙擊手來說，一發子彈就是生命，因為衝突中只有一次機會，而且只許成功，不許失敗；要想做到百發百中，就要付出千萬倍的努力。」1020921
