日前爆料瀋陽取消房市限購令的上海易居房地產研究院副院長楊紅旭今天再表示，房價連跌33個月的溫州取消限購。

新浪財經和中金在線網晚上皆引述楊紅旭的說法指出，溫州一手房（新成屋）不再審查房屋擁有情況，不管已有多少套，都可新購房。但二手房（中古屋）還沒有開放。

楊紅旭先前在微博爆料，瀋陽全面取消限購。後證實消息為真，只是消息曝光後，瀋陽市政府第2天又緊急恢復限購。

上海易居房地產研究院報告顯示，溫州住宅去化週期長達45個月，且自2011年9月以來，溫州房價連跌33個月。(中央社)
