北捷隨機殺人犯鄭捷進行第一次精神鑑定　過程超保密！

犯下北捷隨機殺人案的兇嫌鄭捷，今（20）日由檢方借提到台大醫院進行第一次精神鑑定，不過為了不再引起恐慌，整個鑑定過程十分保密，並沒有公布確切的鑑定地點。

新北地檢署偵辦為偵辦北捷殺人案，向台大醫院精神科就鄭捷精神鑑定問題確定細節，經過審慎評估後決定17日啟動精神鑑定作業，並二度借提凶嫌鄭捷，告知他將會做精神鑑定，並詢問其意見，鄭捷同意檢方的安排。

檢方也在18日時第三度提訊鄭捷，進行心理鑑定期前作業，針對鄭捷的情緒、心理做了解，以利於鑑定過程更順利，檢方同時表示，此次提訊並未安排鄭捷與家屬見面。鄭捷於中午12時，在法警帶領下，返回台北看守所。
