如果預算足夠這方式或許可以考慮看看

搭個鐵皮屋頂遮蔽建築物樓頂，且屋頂外推延伸女兒牆約40cm
減少雨水接觸水泥地，就能大大減少室內.壁癌.棚龜.脫漆
，導水排管直接落1F地面。

當然預算足夠，鐵皮屋連同壁面都包覆式更佳的方式，

但費用都是幾十萬上下的。參考看看
