廠牌: ACER 型號: V7-582PG 購入日期: 2014/01 距上次使用正常時間: OS版本: WINDOWS 8.1 平常作業內容: 文書處理、看影片、玩GAME 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): Y 問題內容: 購買之後在使用上沒有太大問題，但常常在一開機時會出現一個　　　　　錯誤訊息，訊息內容是＂電腦發生問題必須重新啟動＂，經過很　　　　　長一段時間的測試後，發現到是某一個程式可能出現問題，而且　　　　　只要移除該程式後就沒有問題了，而我有將該問題反應給該公司　　　　　的工程人員要求改善，該公司的回覆是要求我進入安全模式後執　　　　　行他們給我的一個程式，然後再把執行後的檔案回傳給該公司以　　　　　判斷問題所在，但目前我一直反覆的重開機後按F8都無法進入安全模式，所以請問大家的就是，這台 ACER 的 NB 要如何的操作，才能順利進入安全模式呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.127.175.65 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1397654090.A.346.html
