政院駁柯建銘血濺立院說

針對媒體報導民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘「血濺立院」的說法，行政院發言人孫立群今日表示，該報導純屬虛構，子虛烏有，完全不是事實。

孫立群表示，從學生占領立法院開始，行政院多次強調「尊重國會自主」，除非有立法院明確指示，否則絕不會強制驅離占領立法院學生。

他表示，根據立法院處務規程第33 條規定，立法院警衛事宜由內政部警政署調派員警負責，依警察法規服務，並受立法院指揮、監督。基於該條文，行政院不可能在沒有立法院明確指示之下，做出任何驅離動作。

對於民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘不負責任的指控，行政院發表聲明，嚴正駁斥。
