妮可基嫚水淹樓下厝　挨告索賠百萬

奧斯卡影后妮可基嫚拍電影年賺十億美元，日前卻遭人控訴，位於曼哈頓的一處房屋的水管爆裂，讓樓下住戶深切體驗了一趟水淹金山寺。那些苦不堪言的鄰居決定控告妮可，一共向她索賠4.7萬美元（約130萬元台幣），據悉，妮可當初找工人在家中的陽台處安裝新水管，疑似未上一層保溫隔熱膠帶，導致天氣冷水管凍裂，讓管子的水瞬間噴出，就像瀑布一樣花啦啦啦～樓下住戶跟著遭殃。（陳嘉婉／綜合報導）
