標題[請益] 關於大銀微系統的Bonus

各位大大好 小弟有幸獲得大銀微系統的研替RD一職 薪資如版上所說的41900$(含津貼) N+14 我們不談其他的負評和不同公司間的比較 單純想問有曾經或現在仍在內部上班的版友 除了加班有額外的金錢以外,還能從何種管道盡力爭取附加的權益? 例如 專利的開發 或者是 小組間的業績獎金 展覽...等 甚至出國替公司學習新技術 或是 出差解決國際客戶問題 諸如此類的,如果想讓薪水保持在50k~60k是否有辦法靠自己去爭取? 因為有些公司會認為上述提到的是含括在原薪資上的一般要求 那也有公司是Extra Bonus,希望大大能幫小弟解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.133.249.219 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1417268859.A.158.html
