身障坡道設路障　中市府挨批「瞎擋路」

 台中市議員張廖萬堅、蔡雅玲、謝志忠上午在台中市議會提出質詢，指出台中市議會對面公園的身障斜坡道最近竟然新增3支ㄇ型路障，並請保全專人看管，嚴重影響民眾通行的權利。

台中市議員張廖萬堅表示，台中市在內政部「102年度公共建築物無障礙生活環境業務督導」獲得特優的評比，但卻民眾反映走人行道時常常遇到路障，尤其到處可見ㄇ型路障，甚至連身障坡道都有，有身障人士或孕婦經過，還需找人解鎖打開ㄇ型路障，「友善城市一點都不友善。」

台中市建設局長吳世瑋表示，台中市原有76處路障，已拆除了57處，這部分他有過失，也會追究相關同仁責任，因為有些地方要去拆，卻遭到地方人士強烈反彈。吳世瑋表示，請保全是為了看顧公園，防止有人不當使用，ㄇ型路障會立即拆除，並追究相關責任。(鄭敏玲／台中報導)
