不滿大哥被說小咖憤潑漆　主嫌15萬交保

檢警追查名嘴許聖梅遭潑漆案，27日逮到主嫌巫姓男子與共犯詹姓男子，他們向警方表示後悔，經士林地檢署複訊後，依恐嚇、毀損等罪嫌各以15萬元、12萬元交保。

許聖梅因日前在電視節目中談論竹聯幫平堂堂主田震宇，引起田震宇的心腹巫姓男子不滿，因此教唆詹姓男子與郭姓男子，要給許聖梅一點教訓。

幾名嫌犯於13日晚間在「TVBS」電視台及自由時報大樓附近，鎖定許聖梅的蹤跡並潑漆，就連兒子也慘遭潑及，所幸在車上等她錄影結束的先生，趕緊衝上前將其中嫌犯郭性男子制伏，但其他嫌犯則趁亂逃逸。

郭男到案後供稱，是一名「竹聯幫凱哥」指使，但警方追查林森北路酒店跟竹聯幫，都沒找到相符的人，後來郭男才坦承是想誤導警方辦案，主嫌其實是巫男。

巫男27日落網，並策動另名共犯詹男投案，巫男供稱，田震宇生前對他有恩，死後他每天都到靈堂守靈，因不滿許聖梅在節目上說「大哥是小咖」，以代價15000元唆使小弟潑漆。

巫男事後相當後悔，經士林地檢署複訊後，依恐嚇、毀損等罪嫌15萬元交保，而2名小弟則各以12萬元交保。
