本人在旅行社當業務員，7/16被老闆預告將於8/16解除勞動契約公司的業務獎金(工資)都得等到團體旅遊出發月份的下一個月底才能給付，若本人於八月中非自願離職時，便會有八月至十一月出發之旅客已成交之案件領不到獎金，到時本人是否可以追討獎金呢？本來老闆一開始說可以，但聽到我要求公司給付資遣費時馬上改口說不行，要求我只能二擇一，且下周一(7/28)前要給答案，否則他會繼續拖下去請問老闆這樣處理合法嗎？我該直接提告嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.192.165.230 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406215172.A.F4B.html
