搶嫌不識貨 得手黃金隨手丟

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南24日電）台南市3名男子涉嫌搶劫外勞，得手1條金項鍊後誤認為搶到假貨而隨手丟棄，被捕後才得知擺烏龍，遭依強盜罪移送。

台南市警方今天宣布破獲1件發生於7月10日晚間的搶奪案，當時有3名外勞在路上行走時，遭3名不明男子持電擊棒攻擊，其中1名外勞脖子上的金墜子項鍊被搶走。

警方循線追查後，今天逮捕1對年齡分別為19歲、18歲的蘇姓兄弟檔，及1名連姓少年。

警方指出，蘇、連3人當晚搶得項鍊後不久，就在一處產業道路旁，用「真金不怕火」的道理，拿打火機測試項鍊是否為真金；在發現鍊子的部分被火燒黑後，認為搶到假貨，就把項鍊丟到路旁的農田內。

警方指出，根據失主說法，項鍊的墜飾是真黃金，鍊子則是K金，整條項鍊價值約新台幣2萬多元。警方雖根據嫌疑人供詞前往丟棄處尋找，但因連日下雨泥濘，找不到被搶的項鍊，3名嫌疑人則在訊後依強盜罪嫌移送法辦。1030724
