只要是日食，都值得一看。由月亮完全遮擋太陽形成的日全食更是值得一看——白天瞬間變成黑夜，太陽光在月球陰影周圍環上一圈金邊，就好像是火焰皇冠一樣。上面說的是大家都想看到的完美日全食，是秒殺所有一切日食的天字一號日食。

根據環球網報導，這些照片是什麼？2013年8月20日，NASA的好奇號機器人正在火星守候，其中一台拍攝天空的鏡頭記錄下了火衛一劃過太陽的一幕。好奇號的攝影機每三秒鐘會拍攝一張照片，所以你看到的是按照順序記錄的照片。火衛一出現的位置剛剛好在太陽和好奇號的連線上，從切進太陽到離開，整個過程只有短短37秒。

可以看出，這不是一次日全食，全都是因為火衛一實在太小，沒法遮擋太陽。為什麼小小的火衛一為看起來如此巨大？為什麼同樣是衛星，月球如此圓潤，火衛一卻像一塊崎嶇不平的大石頭，看起來這麼帶勁？
