調解黃牛案 訴狀內容上網抄

桃園地檢署偵破調解黃牛案，蘇姓男子（42歲）成立勞工權益事務所，涉嫌慫恿打算離職的民眾向任職的公司打勞資訴訟官司，代寫訴狀，再向該公司提出高額和解金，經查至少犯案15起。

檢方查出，蘇姓男子根本沒有法律相關背景，不具名幫客戶撰寫的訴狀內容高度雷同，引述法條有誤，「他供稱上網抄來的」，涉嫌違反律師法、刑法的意圖漁利包攬訴訟罪，今天以15萬元交保。
