為關懷弱勢族群，雅方食品特別在廣三SOGO百貨廣場，舉辦「大食客PK接力賽．愛心水餃義賣活動」，希望籌募到三十萬善款，幫助弱勢孩子過寒冬。

以生產「羊肉爐」聞名的雅方食品，配合羊年的到來，特別推出新產品「羊肉水餃」，並為新品上市打造直徑360公分、高度280公分的全台第一大蒸籠，雅方總經理林正明表示，這個超級大蒸籠花了一個月時間精心打造，可一次擺放三千多個水餃，為迎新2015年的到來，現場特別蒸煮2015個水餃，並為2015年祈福，林正明說，水餃的外型像「元寶」，希望新年圍爐吃水餃大家「籠」賺錢。

活動並結合「張秀菊慈善基金會」等機構，舉辦「大食客PK接力賽愛心水餃義賣活動」，5人可以組成一隊，各隊成員在限定時間內吃下最多顆水餃者可以奪冠，冠軍隊伍獎金高達十萬元，而選手每吃一顆水餃，雅方就會捐出一百元。並推出99元愛心水餃義賣活動，此次義賣所得及比賽冠軍獎金全數捐贈張秀菊慈善基金會用作興建中途之家。
