明尼蘇達灰狼「金童」Ricky Rubio於8日出戰奧蘭多魔術時扭傷腳踝，9日診斷結果出爐，比想像中嚴重，可能得休上8個星期。

根據《Star Tribune》報導，雖然X光顯示Rubio的骨頭沒有大礙，但傷處相當腫脹，經過MRI檢測，灰狼宣布他將無限期停賽。

根據《今日美國》透露，Rubio可能得休上7至8個星期。

Rubio今年和灰狼續約的過程並不順利，但他依然敬業地繳出9.4分、5.6籃板、10助攻場均，當中後面兩項都是生涯新高。

Rubio最後與球團達成協議，4年5600萬美元續留，讓明年灰狼的「暑假作業」輕鬆許多。
