學輔法初審過 增聘4千輔導教師

立法院教育文化委員會初審通過「學生輔導法」草案 ，修法後，高中以下輔導教師預計增加4042人，將在民國106年8月後逐年補足。(陳映竹報導)

從台北捷運隨機殺人案到最近情殺頻傳，凸顯校園輔導機制需要改善，立院教委會初審通過「學生輔導法」草案 ，確定高中以下學校都必須設置專業輔導教師，國小24班以下設1人，48班設2人，以此類推，國中15班以下設1人，30班設2人，高中則是12班以下設1人，24班設2人，合計高中以下輔導教師預計增加4042人，一年的預算將從目前的27.7億元預算，增加到60億元。

草案也明定學生輔導資料可以轉移、銜接，讓不同學制可以接續輔導。教育部長吳思華保證，會嚴格保護學生個人資料，除非有需要，否則不會隨便轉移，

此外，草案也規定輔導教師必須定期接受進修訓練課程。
