傳歐盟將否決法預算 史上首次

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾6日專電）由於法國預算案並未符合歐洲聯盟規定，傳聞歐盟執委會計劃駁回法國提交的2015年預算案。這將是歐盟史上第1次有成員國預算案遭否決。

此間媒體引述歐盟官員的話指出，由於法國計劃在2015年的預算案中，削減的成本規模約為GDP的0.2%，遠低於歐盟的0.8%減支目標，歐盟計劃在月底的預算審查會議中，退回法國的預算案，要求法國修訂後重新送審。

歐盟在2013年為防止歐債危機重演，規定成員國在向母國國家議會提交預算案前，必須先送歐盟審議，歐盟也有權要求各成員國修改預算案。如果歐盟決定退回法國預算案，也將是這項法規制訂以來首次使用。
