威力彩頭獎中獎人捐款中市府一千萬

日前臺中市開出威力彩頭獎新臺幣 15.07 億元，兩位幸運中獎人都是臺中市民，共捐出 1 億 5,000 萬元做公益，創下公益彩券史上單筆捐款第二高的紀錄，其中 1,000 萬元指定贈給臺中市政府執行多項社會福利方案，今 (8) 日在臺灣大道市府大樓舉辦「威力彩頭獎中獎人捐贈活動」，由市長胡志強代表市府接受捐款。

市長胡志強表示，臺灣彩券盈餘每年帶給政府增加的預算額度超過 1,000 億元，臺中市可得的額度約 15 億元，對弱勢的幫忙與補助真的很大；得獎人在得知獲獎欣喜之餘，不一定會想到慈善公益活動，這時就靠彩券公司來提醒、協助，而且彩券也帶給每個人美夢成真的希望，讓小人物都可以孕育一個大夢想。
