衛福部政次林奏延暫代衛福部長

行政院高層表示，衛福部長邱文達今天下午6時左右，才以電話口頭向行政院長江宜樺請辭；懇談後，由邱文達舉行記者會向外界說明。晚間10時，邱文達再將書面辭呈送抵行政院，江揆最後批示准辭，衛福部長一職暫由政次林奏延代理。

行政院肯定邱文達任內的表現，指邱文達在任內完成二代健保的改革，使得健保財務累計盈餘1千多億元，且邱部長也積極因應我國醫療體系目前的困難，如解決5大皆空的人力問題等。
