大陸電影在台觀摩　簡化申請手續

文化部今日公告修正「申請觀摩大陸地區電影片數量及映演場次」，取消大陸地區電影片來台觀摩（非商業映演）類別限制、簡化申請手續，並將同一申請者在1年內可申請觀摩的數量，由8部提高為16部，但每部的映演場次則由8場減為4場。
 
文化部表示，過去大陸地區電影片在台觀摩，限定「愛情文藝、倫理親情、溫馨趣味、宮廷歷史、武俠傳奇、懸疑驚悚、冒險動作」等類別，因近年電影形態更多元，傳統的分類名稱已無法涵蓋，因此刪除類別規定。
 
此外，因應台灣越來越多影展，原每申請單位每年僅得申請8部大陸地區電影片來台觀摩映演，將改為16部，但每部可映演8場次改為4場次。
 
文化部表示，過去申請程序需先向文化部影視及流行音樂產業局申請許可，再經審查分級取得准演執照後，才能在影展中放映，未來，申請許可與審查分級將合併處理，讓申請流程更加快速。（陳威廷／台北報導）
