華仔疼老婆 上億豪宅過戶朱麗倩

〔自由時報記者施康晨╱綜合報導〕天王「華仔」劉德華一向疼老婆，最近將上億房產轉到老婆朱麗倩名下，不過他以買房出名，卻因要求高被爆難搞。

據香港媒體報導，華仔愛買房子保值，尤其對香港加多利山特別中意，以往他習慣以弟弟及父親的名義買房，但近年華仔慢慢將財產轉移到太太朱麗倩名下，其中包括華仔父親入住多年的香港加多利山住所，好在老人家沒有多說話，只要見到小孫女就心滿意足。

無敵海景房 還要防偷拍

據悉，近期華仔父親的好友搬家到香港大尾，讓老人家也想跟進，加上當地空氣好、風景優美，華仔父親也可以繼續幫忙帶孫女，華仔見老爸開金口，決定買間房哄老人家開心。

知情人士卻說，華仔是出了名要求高，難倒許多仲介，最初看了一間無敵海景房，但華仔卻不中意，因他希望房子的位置比較隱蔽，房外最好有像圍牆一樣高的大樹，以防被人偷拍，所以他對房子要求特別高，但仲介稱近期很難找到華仔心目中理想的豪宅。
