台電啟動網路服務 查詢停電更方便

颱風襲台期間造成停電，台電高雄區處提醒用戶可利用1911語音專線查詢停電狀況，或直接上台電網站（http://www.taipower.com.tw）點選便民服務，進入停電查詢及通報後輸入居住地址或電號（共11碼），將詳細列出停電原因及時段。平時若遇突發性停電，用戶也可利用該項網路服務通報台電。歡迎民眾提供電子信箱帳號，台電將即時回覆電力修復進度。
