花生醬抽驗 過半含黃麴毒素

消基會抽查市售二十款花生醬，赫然發現有十件殘有黃麴毒素，但未超標。消基會發行人陳智義提醒，雖然黃麴毒素沒有超標，但長期食用還是會對民眾身體造成傷害，建議民眾除了要低溫保存之外，也要儘快吃完。(余曉涵報導)

花生醬是許多人喜歡吃的花生製品之一，消基會抽查市售20件花生醬，在標示方面全數合格，但有十件驗出黃麴毒素，但並沒有超標。消基會發行人陳智義表示，這次抽查雙北地區量販店、超市、麵包店等地的花生醬，20件當中就有10件含有黃麴毒素，但都沒有超標。陳智義提醒雖然產品都沒有超過規定的15ppb，但長期食用，還是有可能會對身體造成影響。

陳智義:「消基會就20個市面上，雙北市的20個花生醬的樣品，針對到底有沒有受到黃麴毒素汙染的產品檢驗，這次的檢驗我們發現道都是符合衛福部他所要求的真菌限量的標準以下。」

陳智義指出，民眾在購買花生醬時，要確認包裝是否完整，以及選擇製造日期較新鮮的之外，開封後也要低溫保存，並且儘快食用完畢。
