（中央社紐約聯合國總部14日綜合外電報導）外交官今天說，聯合國安全理事會將於明天上午11時召開緊急會議，表決西方支持的決議案。烏克蘭克里米亞半島預定16日舉行加入俄羅斯公投，這項決議案譴責此舉。

法新社報導，外交官說，這次緊急會議是應華盛頓當局所請而開的。他們說，預期俄羅斯會對這項決議案行使否決權。

路透社稍早報導，白宮今天說，俄羅斯未能採取措施緩和烏克蘭危機「令人遺憾」，美國準備在克里米亞公投後迅速回應。

白宮發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）在記者會上說：「顯然俄羅斯沒選擇以外交途徑和平解決當前情勢，令人遺憾。我們必須看未來幾天如何發展。」1030315
