北市洋蔥染油 14日公布退費

（中央社記者黃意涵台北8日電）台北市衛生局今天表示，天母洋蔥26家分店曾使用古早味香豬油，用於「煙燻鮭魚拌炒飯」，正研擬退費機制，預計14日前公布。

衛生局指出，天母洋蔥今年向美食家食材通路股份有限公司購買5340公斤「古早味香豬油 (15公斤桶裝，製造商：北海油脂公司)」，供全台分店使用，除信義ATT店於10月剛開幕未進貨外，其餘26家分店使用於「煙燻鮭魚拌炒飯」產品及員工自用餐食。

衛生局表示，天母洋蔥自9月10日起已預防性停止使用豬油原料，改用植物性油品，剩餘20.7桶「古早味香豬油」委託環保清運公司回收，且正研擬消費者退費機制，預計14日前公布於官網。1031108
