義大利羅馬受到連日暴雨侵襲，當局發布豪雨紅色警戒，要民眾待在家，學校也停課。知名地景羅馬競技場也淹大水，水深及小腿肚，馬路上的汽車與公車只能慢慢行駛。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
