財長籲：一起抵制高價日貨

（中央社記者韋樞台北1日電）日幣貶值引發立委質詢，要求政府拿出魄力要求化妝品等經常使用的物品降價。張盛和呼籲，大家要用降低需求來迫使日貨降價，「姐姐妹妹一起站出來」。

中國國民黨籍立委盧秀燕質詢時認為，央行總裁彭淮南、經濟部長杜紫軍找日商喝咖啡要求降價，結果均無效，她認為財政部可以從調降關稅迫使日貨降價。

張盛和說，市場反映供需，政府的工具有限，只能道德勸說，若日商誠實繳稅，再怎麼查稅也沒用，不如用降低需求，價格自然降，建議「姐姐妹妹站出來」，大家一起降低需求、迫使日貨降價，引起全場哄堂大笑。

盧秀燕要求財政部一起加入全面抵制日貨，不過張盛和強調，「我個人絕不用那些東西(化妝品)」，但政府不能全面抵制，因為全面抵制會造成台日糾紛。1031001
