鳳凰颱風直撲台灣，21日全台都有風雨。中央氣象局預測，明天台中以南及宜蘭、花蓮、台東最大陣風都可達10級以上。

根據氣象局今晚公布最新風雨預測，明天清晨6時至傍晚6時，台中以南都可達10到11級，蘭嶼達13級；基隆到苗栗，最大陣風9級。

總雨量預估，仍與昨天一樣，山區以屏東及花蓮、台東上看700毫米最多；平地以花蓮、台東及恆春半島600毫米最多。(中央社)
