高雄氣爆林榮里災民　批市府瀆職決定提國賠

高雄苓雅區是氣爆災區，林榮里災民組成自救會，17日召開幹部大會，認為高雄市政府有嚴重瀆職疏失，決定在近日提出國賠，以保障受災戶的權益。

根據《中央社》報導，高雄苓雅區林榮里災民17日召開幹部大會，認為高雄市政府在這件氣爆事件當中，有嚴重瀆職疏失，為保障災民的權益，因此決定發動提出請求國家賠償。

自救會會長鍾水成表示，他位在凱旋三路的公司損失嚴重，目前仍停擺無法營業，雖然高雄市政府已經發放救助金，但那筆錢是善款，高雄市政府未做好管線檢查，才間接導致氣爆。

鍾水成說，高雄市政府應負起民事與刑事責任，目前則暫時沒有向榮化求償的打算，現在已有200多人連署。而高市府的新聞局長丁允恭表示，市府該承擔的責任絕對不會迴避。
