中國大陸國家主席習近平在離開法國前的演講中宣稱「中國這頭獅子已經醒了」後，今天傍晚抵達德國柏林展開訪問。他說，期待這次訪問，能推動雙邊戰略夥伴關係邁上新台階。

新華社報導，習近平、彭麗媛伉儷在柏林當地時間28日上午10時20分左右（台北時間傍晚）乘專機抵達柏林特格爾機場（Tegel Airport），德國總統府並派國務秘書基爾在機場迎接。

習近平表示，這是他擔任國家主席後首次訪問德國。當前，大陸與德國擁有更加廣泛的共同利益，期待透過這次訪問，與德國領導人一起為雙邊關係發展謀劃方向，描繪藍圖，和德國各界人士廣泛接觸，共議合作，推動雙邊戰略夥伴關係邁上新台階。

此外，綜合大陸媒體報導，習近平在離開法國前，在大陸與法國「建交」50周年紀念大會上說，「拿破崙說過，中國是一頭沉睡的獅子，當這頭睡獅醒來時，世界都會為之發抖。中國這頭獅子已經醒了，但這是一隻和平的、可親的、文明的獅子。」

他還宣稱，「歷史將證明，實現中國夢給世界帶來的是機遇不是威脅，是和平不是動盪，是進步不是倒退。」1030328
