驅離行動被控打人 竹警喊冤

新竹市警察局第一分局林姓派出所警員，被控23日晚間驅離攻占行政院學生時，持棍棒打人，造成一名男大生頸椎受傷，市警局督察長范振煥今天親自調查這起案件，他說，打人者絕不是林姓警員，林當天拿齊眉棍，混亂中連要抬起手都困難，何況用那麼長的棍子毆人，被控的警員直呼無辜。

范振煥也提到，不僅學生受傷，警員也掛彩了。新竹市一名北上支援的郭姓警員在拒馬被推倒時，造成右腳踝韌帶受傷，住院1天治療，目前已出院返家休養。
