餐廳名稱：蘇菠麵-東海總店消費時間：103/09 地址：台中市西屯區中港路三段306-5號電話：04-23501549 營業時間：11:00-14:00，17:00-21:00(星期三公休) 每人平均價位：100元圖文網誌:http://win0224.pixnet.net/blog/post/216004906 每當到東海藝術街都會經過蘇菠麵，每次往裡面看都坐無虛席，生意很好，雖早有耳聞蘇菠麵，但卻無用餐過，也不知道是賣什麼餐飲，從店名看來應該是一般賣麵食的店，但其實不是，而是平價手工拉麵的店。店家營業時間店門口外牆上貼著很多報章媒體的報導，麵條先按摩在下鍋。菜單，賣手工拉麵及精緻小菜，點餐可享自助冷熱飲，如味點餐者，酌收冷熱飲費50元冷熱飲及餐具味噌燒肉-90元配料有玉米，高麗菜，青江菜，半顆蛋，海苔絲，蘿蔔片，還有燒肉豚骨燒肉-80元配料與味噌燒肉一樣，差別在湯底。味噌湯底濃郁，但稍鹹，豚骨湯底比較適中，鮮甜好喝。拉麵部分，因是手工拉麵，麵條很Q，有嚼勁，不軟爛，而且店家給的份量相當多。燒肉部分，雖然只有一塊燒肉，卻很大一塊，咬一口，嘴裡都是燒肉的香味，肉質相當嫩，完全不乾柴，相當好吃，如愛吃拉麵的朋友，可來試試，千萬別錯過了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.224.101.215 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1412857176.A.39E.html ※ win0224:轉錄至看板 THU_Talk 10/09 20:19 ※ win0224:轉錄至看板 TaichungBun 10/09 20:20
