鄉民主播楊伊湄，自爆常只穿小內褲跟鄉民視訊！跟鄉民互動超熱絡的楊伊湄，坦承在和鄉民視訊的時候，常常會只顧上半身穿著，但下半身卻只穿著小內褲，所以直播的時候都會不斷提醒自己千萬不要站起來，否則就春光外洩啦。

日前楊伊湄笑說自己實在是被太多人點名了，因此決定參加「ALS冰桶挑戰」，並聲明不會再指名別人來參與，也表示「其實受許多名人拋磚引玉之賜，現在這個活動已經很夯，幾乎成為全民運動了，我還是希望，回歸到這起活動的宗旨，讓大家體認到這些弱勢團體的需求，並且主動提供您的愛心！」
